	NANNY LOCATION: PORTLAND/BEAVERTON EXPERIENCE: INFANTS-TEENS  DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY: My personal philosophy on discipline deals with use of training that corrects, molds or perfects moral character.  I achieve this by redirecting behavior in young children and encourage older children with positive reinforcement.  However, I will work along side the family I nanny for and facilitate their family values and ways of doing things.   IN 5 YEARS I SEE MYSELF...Five years from now I plan on having my Master's Degree in Teaching, and should be teaching at the high school or middle school level.  I am married and have been for three years now, so I will hopefully have children of my own within the next five years.   SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE:  I have experience working with special needs children in my teaching.  I have many of them incorporated into my average classroom setting, who have disabilities ranging from physical handicaps to learning disabilities.  I accomodate these children according to his/her individuals needs.  I have been a nanny for more than one infant at a time as well as various ages at one time, and have cared for multiples.   FOREIGN LANGUAGES: I have 3 years of prior Spanish Education, but do not speak fluently. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I love working with children, as this is my life-long goal/career path.  I am a current teacher and truly feel I have a gift to teach.
	NANNY LOCATION: PORTLAND EXPERIENCE: NEWBORNS-12 YEARS DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY: Children should have free choices but there should also be limits.   IN 5 YEARS I SEE MYSELF...I would like to have my own daycare.   SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE:  A.D.H.D.   FOREIGN LANGUAGES: Spanish ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I am currently a teacher and have taught in Peru--where I am originally from.  I truly enjoy children and feel this is what I am meant to do.
	NANNY LOCATION: BEAVERTON/HILLSBORO EXPERIENCE: INFANTS-12 YEARS DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY:  I will follow the discipline beliefs of the parents and consider the age of the child before a decision is acted upon.   IN 5 YEARS I SEE MYSELF...I plan on continuing down the career path as a nanny.  After my nanny career, I do plan on retiring.   SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE:  I have worked with various children who are disabled/handicap.   FOREIGN LANGUAGES: None ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I am very passionate about children.  I have children of my own and understand the importance of raising well-adjusted human beings.
	NANNY LOCATION: VANCOUVER/PORTLAND EXPERIENCE: NEWBORNS-TEENS DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY: I feel that it is very important to be consistent with the discipline provided by the parents.  I feel as though the parents and nannies work as a team and need to provide a united front.  During past childcare I have done, if one of the children were to do something wrong, I would ask them to sit down by themselves for a couple of minutes as well as apologize to me or another child for the behavior.   IN 5 YEARS I SEE MYSELF...I am definitely planning on being graduated from college.  Being that I am a communications major, I would like to find a way that I could integrate my experience with children into my focus of study.  I would love to find a career path in communications that involved either writing about children or for them.   SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE:  I have done a few temporary nanny positions where I have worked with children with Autism.  I feel that my level of patience allows me to work with children with special needs very well.  I also have a cousin with special needs who I grew up working with, and helping teach him to play softball.  This has helped me understand the mentality and sensitivity of children with special needs.   FOREIGN LANGUAGES: I speak a little bit of Spanish, however, I am not fluent.  Although, I would be really eager to learn and have a family I work with who has an English/Italian speaking household; and I always enjoy learning what I can. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I would like to add that I am CPR and First Aid Certified, as well as having a Food Handler's Card.  I have been a nanny for about 6 years and know the importance of this line of work.
	NANNY LOCATION: NEWBERG/TIGARD/SHERWOOD EXPERIENCE: INFANTS-TEENS DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY: When I need to discipline I make sure that I give 3 warnings first before placing the child in a time-out area. When the child gets older, most of the time discussing the situation/behavior is adequate. But the most important thing would be to make sure that both the parents and nanny agree on one format of discipline to maintain consistency, and stick with that so there is no confusion to the child.. IN 5 YEARS I SEE MYSELF......Well, hopefully I am with a family, helping to raise well-rounded children. But in my personal life I tend to take one day at a time, for it always seems to change. But working for a loving family would be my "constant" and forefront of my life. SPECIAL NEEDS EXPERIENCE: None FOREIGN LANGUAGES: None  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I am open to working with pets as well as children. I tend to "roll with the punches" in life--as I am easy-going. If things change or a spare of the moment issue comes up, I am easily adaptable to change. If a family were to need any last-minute care or family life for them changes somehow, I am open to following any changes necessary. I have been known to be there for people 24/7, and I would say that I am very dependable and reliable--which I truly believe a nanny should always ultimately be. I look forward to starting a lasting relationship with a new long-term family.
