Families need to have the family information form completed before services are rendered.  This helps us get to know the family better and match them up with nannies who are knowledgeable about the children and needs of the family.
 
This page discusses tax issues families and nannies may have regarding taxes.
 
This is an agreement between families and the nanny agency to clarify agency policies and procedures.
This form is a way for families to let the agency know how we are doing, and how the service was that they were given.

Evaluating Your Nanny's Job Performance Questionnaire:
This questionnaire gives families some structure as to what they should be looking for when/after hiring their new nanny.

This form provides a canvas for families to leave their critical information for nannies in case of emergencies.

Nanny Agreement:

This is an agreement between the nanny and nanny agency to clarify agency policies and procedures.

This is a checklist for nannies to refer to in order to make sure their application process for documents the agency needs to obtain have been collected and sent to agency.
 
Nanny Log:
This is a daily journal the nanny completes for the families to let the families know about their daily happenings
 
This form is a childcare knowledge test that nannies are required to take prior to working with families.
 
This form is an application for the nanny to complete prior to being hired by Karoline's Nannies in order for us to get to know the nannies and their history better.
 
New Employee Information Sheet:
New employee information sheet is used by the agency to know all of the nanny's contact information and some history about the nanny.
 
* All other necessary forms will be mailed to the appropriate party once the agency has agreed to conduct business with both families and nannies.  Nannies must be sent a new employee form, along with some other paperwork.  Families are just required to complete the downloadable forms and either fax or mail them in.  Once both the nannies and families have completed their paperwork, further action will be taken to place nannies and families together in the appropriate manner according to each other's needs.
