Our philosophy here at Karoline’s Nannies, is to provide families with the much needed help that they may have always yearned for; to alleviate some of the extra stress that life may bring upon them, and doing just this in the most professional and thorough way.

Karoline’s Nannies is dedicated to finding the most professional, experienced nannies available. We carefully screen our nannies in the areas of a criminal and a misdemeanor background check, overview of resume, interview, obtaining a copy of the nanny’s driving record, a credit check, C.P.R./First Aid card verification, reference letters and contacts, a completed application, social security number verification and personality screening.

We want to provide you with loving, caring individuals, who relate well to all. This is why our interview process is lengthy and thorough, helping us know our nannies fully.  We want families to be rest assured that Karoline’s Nannies will provide nannies for our permanent, as well as our temporary services that they can depend on to meet their childcare needs. 

With this in mind, we also want to make sure our nannies respect and enjoy the process of being matched with a family that is both perfect for them, yet also perfect for the family.
